Great Food , Great Fun

I am starting a new Home based catering service. Food, Especially BBQ is something that I have always enjoyed.  I built a Grill with the help of my Dad. And I have been smoking ever since.    Since then I have Upgraded to a larger smoker.  Now I will be able to handle larger orders and larger catering events. If you have an event and would like to sample some “Que” please email me. Also if you need references for catering I can provide those as well. So far the Menu is fairly simple. Keep checking back for updates as this venture gets bigger. All meat is cooked using a smoker with Hickory wood.    I love to interact with People and I get a great feeling of accomplishment when they eat some awesome BBQ.
